The per-registry figures were counted before duplicate blocks were removed; their sum can be higher than the unique total.
Provenance
The data comes from the IEEE Registration Authority's public MA-L, MA-M, MA-S, IAB and CID listings. The pipeline downloads all five registries, validates block boundaries and preserves nested assignments before publishing a snapshot. The version is a digest of the committed NDJSON records.
How to use the files
JSON is an array of records; CSV has the same fields with a header row. Each record has start and end addresses, organization, registrant address, country and registry type. A narrow block can sit inside a wider parent block, so an address lookup should prefer the narrowest covering assignment.
Limitations
These listings identify who registered blocks. They do not prove who made, owns or currently uses a particular device. A locally administered address does not identify a manufacturer. The snapshot can lag later IEEE updates; check the capture time and version before relying on it.
